Have you considered just getting Vital for free or $25 and then getting some effects on sale to make it more lofi? But much of what it contains certainly isn't considered to be the best on the market (for example, their Prophet emulation is poor compared to U-He Repro). I don't know if you lose the previous version when you upgrade and I'm not sure this new version is a good enough replacement yet. It's 200 /Euro if you own the previous v collection. V Collection is hard to beat for the money, which means it has a lot going for it on that front. I'm not sure if it's worth upgrading right now.
